To ensure that you get the most from your time at the college we have an extensive range of support services and facilities to help you achieve your goals, whichever course you are studying.
Based in each campus, these teams provide an excellent support service to both prospective and existing students. They can provide advice on choosing, starting or even changing a course. They can also advise on UCAS applications for university.
Each full time student is allocated a Personal Achievement Coach at the start of their course. They will support you through your induction to college and work with you to monitor your achievements and help you plan your next steps onto Higher Education or employment.
We are committed to extending access to education for all, regardless of disability, sensory impairment, learning difficulty or medical condition. When applying for a course please highlight if you require Additional Learning Support and our dedicated team will invite you to an informal, confidential meeting to discuss how we can provide the necessary care and welfare support.
Study support is available to all our students. It can help you to develop the necessary skills to complete your coursework, complete research tasks, use computer applications or help improve your grades. Each programme is bespoke and focused on giving you the specific help that you need to achieve your goals.
Our Learning Resource Centres provide an extensive range of research material in both printed and digital formats. These quiet study areas are supported by a team of experienced assistants who ensure that you can access the information and resources that you need.
