Getting to college

Our multi-location campus structure means that we can provide many courses conveniently close to where you live.


By Foot or Cycle

As part of our commitment to sustainability we encourage our students to use environmentally friendly modes of transport to travel to college. Dedicated bicycle bays are available at each campus and the college operates a transport scheme which provides access to public bus services on a chargeable bus pass basis.

By Bus

  • Stagecoach and Centrebus services frequently stop outside each of our campuses

  • Bus passes and financial support are available for eligible students

By Train

  • Corby campus is only a five minute walk from the train station
  • Corby, Kettering and Wellingborough are located on the Midland Mainline. Find out more about times and costs here. 

By Car

Student parking is available at all of our campuses.

If you are concerned about covering the cost of travelling to college then please speak in confidence to one of our Customer Service Team who will be able to provide information about our Learning Support Fund, a means-tested financial support fund.

Full-time students aged 16–18 and living more than three miles from college may be entitled to help with travel costs if you have a household income less than £30,000. The college has a travel bursary worth either £350 or £600 which you may qualify for.

Aged 19 or over with a household income of £30,000 or less? If you’re not eligible for other transport support and have applied for an eligible study programme, you will also qualify for the travel bursary.
