ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) for International Students (16-18 years)

Course outline

The programme combines General English and mathematics with project work linked to an excursion programme and weekly academic and pastoral tutorials.

The General English component provides language skills practice to develop vocabulary, grammar and communicative competence in addition to a focus on use of English, reading, writing and examination techniques to prepare students for City & Guilds ESOL examinations.

The course is ideal preparation for further academic study.
