Hospitality and Catering
Hospitality and Catering is based at The Manor House Restaurant, next to our Corby campus. The Restaurant is open to the public and provides a first-class facility to develop your skills and gain valuable hands-on experience in a supervised setting.
Our experienced lecturers will provide you with all the key skills and training that you need, working in fully equipped professional kitchens including a specialist patisserie kitchen.
During the course you will have the opportunity to participate in regional and national competitions and gain work experience at prestigious outdoor events such as concerts and sporting events.Back to news
