Get on board the NatWest Business Bus
On Wednesday 13th May and Thursday 14th May Tresham are hosting the NatWest Business Bus at our Kettering and Corby campuses. The bank’s Mobile Business School will be manned by college Governor Andy Ellis who will speak to students and young people providing expert and impartial advice on businesses and entrepreneurship.
- Wednesday 13th May, Corby Campus, 10am till 4pm
- Thursday 14th May, Kettering Campus, 10am till 4pm
As well as providing hop-on, hop-off business advice, the bus also runs workshops to help young people to kick-start their futures. The NatWest Business Bus provides an unusual and informal setting for people to discuss their business, commercial and entrepreneurial ideas. The visit will include opportunities to speak to our apprenticeship team who will offer advice about the next step after GCSEs.
We are holding Apprenticeship workshops from Monday 11th to Friday 15th May in conjunction with the NatWest Business Bus. Evolve Business Training – our employer responsive training arm – will discuss how young people can learn as they earn with an apprenticeship. They will explain the best way to apply for apprenticeships, and show the wide range of employers who are looking to fill current vacancies.
Rachel Kay, MD and Deputy Principal said
“We’re really excited about the forthcoming careers and apprenticeship events, running in conjunction with the NatWest Mobile Business School. To get on board with a nationally recognised and prestigious business name like NatWest, is also great news for Evolve as it helps to cement our position as the leading professional training provider in Northamptonshire.”
