Advanced Beauty Therapy Level 3

Why study this course?

This course covers advanced therapy techniques in body massage and facial electrotherapy treatments which will enhance your Level 2 beauty therapy services.

What will I study?

• 305 Provide Body Massage
• 306 - Provide facial electrotherapy treatments
• 322 Apply stone therapy massage

How will I be assessed?

Formative and summative assessments are completed against set criteria where you will gain pass, merit or distinction in the practical treatments. On-line multiple choice end of unit tests assess the theory aspects of the course.

Are there any additional costs?

Course progression:
You could continue to study our part time courses as additional qualifications e.g. Nail Technologies.

Career progression:
This Level 3 qualification will enable you to progress into employment as a qualified beauty therapist.

Pay by instalments
The College offers an instalment plan for Further Education and Higher Education courses to students where the total amount payable at the point of enrolment is £200 or more. Within the scheme there is an ability to pay up to 6 instalments, depending on the length of the courses and the final payment must be paid at least a month before the end of the course.

Are there any discounted fees available?

If you are aged 19 or over and thinking of studying a Level 3, 4 or 5 courses, you may be entitled to an Advanced Learning Loan or Higher Education Loan to help pay your tuition costs. These loans are not means-tested and are offered regardless of your current employment status. They cover the cost of your course and you dont have to repay the loan until you are earning over £21,000 per year.
