This online course will enable you to gain additional skills and a qualification without disrupting your day-to-day life. You will have access to specialist support from dedicated tutors throughout the programme.
During this course you will develop an awareness of customer service in heallth and social care. You will understand how to communicate effectively in a health and social care setting, understand the needs of customers who access health and social care services and understand teamwork in health and social care settings.
You will be provided with a resource pack with assessment booklets to complete. There is also an option to study this course online via our bespoke e-learning portal.
