Digital Photography Introduction

Why study this course?


his course will give you the skills to become confident in using camera controls and lighting to extend your photographic capabilities.

What will I study?

You will learn the principles of photography and how to apply them to improve your photographs.

What will I be able to do after I complete this course?

This course will prepare you to progress onto the Intermediate Digital Photography course, and then on to either an Access to HE in Creative Arts & Media course, or directly onto an HND in Photography (Part-time or Full-time).

Are there any additional costs?

You will need to have a Digital SLR camera and also pay for any printing of your photographs from disk.

Is there anything else I need to know when considering this course?

Applicants will have to bring with them a DSLR camera and an A3 sketchbook.

If you are taking a course costing more than £100 we can arrange for you to pay your fees in up to 7 monthly instalments, depending on the length of your course. An admin fee of £20 is charged for this service. Full terms and conditions will be supplied when you enrol.
