This online course will enable you to gain additional skills and a qualification without disrupting your day-to-day life. You will have access to specialist support from dedicated tutors throughout the programme.
The aim of this qualification is to provide you with a definition of end of life care. You will explore common questions and themes and the range of possible approaches to end of life care. This qualification will provide you with an understanding of how to support a person's familial, spiritual, social and emotional needs. It will also prepare you to confront issues of death and bereavement.
Learners can either be provided with a paper resource packand assessment booklets to complete, or access to an online portal with e-resources and online assessments.
Please note that an administration charge of £100 will be charged if learners do not complete the course within the allocated 16 weeks.
If you are taking a course lasting more than one week, and the fee is more than £300, we can arrange for you to pay your fees in up to 8 equal instalments by standing order. An admin fee of £30 is charged for this service. Full terms and conditions will be supplied when you enrol.
