Principles of Customer Service NCFE Level 2 Certificate (Distance learning/Online Course)

Why study this course?

This distance learning course will enable you to gain additional skills and a qualifcation without disrupting your day-to-day life. You will have access to specialist support from dedicated tutors throughout the programme.

What will I study?

This qualification aims to provide you with the underpinning knowledge that is required by employees to work in a range of different environments within a customer service role. You will develop essential knowledge of how to carry out customer service tasks, such as how to manage information and supporting events. You will also learn how to apply your knowledge in a variety of industries and job roles.

How will I be assessed?

Learners will be provided with a resource pack with assessment booklets to complete.

Is there anything else I need to know when considering this course?

Please note that an administration charge of £100 will be charged if learners do not complete the course within the allocated 16 weeks.
