Why study this course?

This course contains Graphic Design, Photography Filmmaking, Drawing and Study skills. It has a focus on experimentation and technical ability and will develop skills required to study at degree level in a wide range of creative subjects.

- Photography: Studio Practice
- Moving Image: Camera Works
- Moving Image: Shooting
- Moving Image: Editing
- Photograohy: Self Elected Project
-Final Major Project

What will I be able to do after I complete this course?

After completing this course you will be able to progress onto the following courses at Tresham College:
-HNC / HND Photography
-HNC / HND Graphic Design
-HNC / HND Media (Journalism)
-HNC / HND Fashion Design

You will also be able to study Degree programmes in a range of creative subjects at University.

How will I be assessed?

100% internal assessment with External verification from the awarding body.

Are there any additional costs?

- All consumables: Sketchbooks, journals, pencils and any drawing media specified for specific assignments (eg inks, pastels, charcoal etc).

- Trips at £15.00 each. Maximum of 3 trips per year.

- Own digital camera with manual controls recommended.
