Our diverse exciting music course prepares you for a wide range of interesting job roles in the music industry. Your study will include practical sessions in performing, recording and theory. You will develop practical skills as a music producer, sound engineer, songwriter and session musician. You will need to be proficient on your instrument and be prepared to perform and compose in a variety of popular music genres and styles.
Level 3 qualifications can help you find employment, or give you the UCAS points needed for university (Distinction gives the same UCAS points as three A grade A-Levels).
On completion of the study programme you can progress to employment in
the music industry in areas such as performance, production, recording, composition and media.
The study programme will also enable progression to an undergraduate degree or a degree level programme such as the HND in Music at Tresham.

Entry is subject to a successful interview and audition.
