This course focusses on developing the practical skills that are required for employment in many catering and hospitality establishments and events.
At Level 3 you will have the opportunity to specialise in either the catering or hospitality pathway. By specialising in the professional chef route you will refine your skills and take the lead in the kitchen presenting a range of dishes. By specialising in the front of house pathway you will take the lead in the Restaurant and improve your concierge and restaurant manager skills.
This Level 3 qualification will lead on to employment or enable you to progress on to further study.
