Foundation Learning Entry Level 3

Why study this course?

The Foundation Learning programme will enable you to develop your social, personal, employability and independent learning skills. You will develop these skills through a variety of interesting and engaging activities, whilst working towards an Entry Level 3 qualification. Vocational choices include: Catering; Performing Arts; Creative Craft, Media & Business & Sport; Health & Nutrition. Students will also develop their English and maths skills; independent living skills; work preparation and work experience. You will receive a high level of support to promote your personal development and progress on to further education, independent living, volunteering work or paid employment.

What will I study?

You will develop these skills through a variety of interesting and engaging activities, whilst working towards an Entry Level 3 qualification. Activities will include English and math, Independent Living Skills, Work Preparation, Work Experience, Community & Travel and your choice from a range of vocational options.

What will I be able to do after I complete this course?

Learners will receive a high level of support to promote their personal development and progress them into further education, independent living, volunteering or paid employment.
