Engineering (Level 2)

Why study this course?

This qualification is recognised throughout industry as the recommended Level 2 Technical Certificate for students who wish to undertake an engineering apprenticeship. The qualification underpins learning to progress onto the Level 3 Engineering programme of study.

What will I study?

You will develop practical skills including hand fitting, turning, welding and milling. You will also cover technical drawing and engineering materials.

What will I be able to do after I complete this course?

This study programme will prepare you for progression on to an apprenticeship programme or Engineering Level 3 study programme.
