Plumbing, Heating and Ventilation (Level 3)

What will I study?

You will develop plumbing practical skills, working on live systems, hot and cold systems and central heating systems. The course will also cover; maintaining pipe systems and components; hot and cold water; central heating; sanitation and roof weathering systems; pipe systems design and installation; organising resources and components installation and testing.

What will I be able to do after I complete this course?

This Level 3 qualification can help you find employment within the construction industry. You could also progress on to an apprenticeship programme.

Are there any additional costs?

• Personal protective equipment (PPE) approx. £30
• Textbooks approx. £25
• You will also be required to pay approx. £40 to take a CSCS test. This will allow you to complete the mandatory 30 hours work experience required as part of this study programme
