Access to Higher Education

09.04.2014

Access to Higher Education courses are ideal if you are aged 18 or above and are looking to study at degree level but don’t have the right qualifications or experience.

Many of our students have not been in education for some time and this course helps you to develop your study skills and build on your confidence levels, giving you the knowledge and abilities to succeed in a degree level programme.

Access courses are recognised as entry qualifications by Universities across the UK. You can also progress onto one of the HNC/HND or Foundation Degree programmes at Tresham University Centre.

Study for free!

If you are aged 24 or over you could fund your course fees with a 24+ Advanced Learning Loan. These are not means tested and, if you continue onto complete a degree level programme, you will not have to repay the loan.  For more information about Advanced Learning Loans please click here.

Pre-Access to Higher Education course

The Pre-Access course is ideal if you would like to enter the Access to Higher Education course but haven’t got the necessary GCSE grades.
