Data Protection Act 1998- The information on this form will be passed to the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) or the Young People's Learning Agency (YPLA). These are responsible for funding and planning education and training for young people and adults in England, and are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998. The information you provide will be shared with other organisations for the purpose of administration, careers and other guidance and statistical and research purposes. Other organisations with which we will share information include, the Department for Education & Skills, Connexions, Higher Education Funding Council for England, educational institutions and organisations performing research and statistical work on behalf on the SFA, YPLA, or their partners. The Freedom of Information Act 2000 provides the right of access to information held by public bodies, including Further Education Colleges. The Act came into effect on 1 January 2005 and ensures that information is readlily available to the general public. Such information can be accessed through this website and is also available as paper copy. The College has chosen to use the Model Publication Scheme for Further Education Colleges, which is approved by the Information Commissioner.
