Challenge yourself with The Prince's Trust Team programme and meet the new you!

Our carefully crafted personal-development programme will give you all the confidence that you need to succeed. This exciting programme not only gives you confidence but also the opportunity to gain nationally recognised qualifications and certification including:

  • the NEW City & Guilds (7570) Certificate in 'Personal Development and Contributing to the Community '
  • Wider Key Skills qualifications (Level 1 or 2) in working with others, problem solving and improving own learning
  • The Prince's Trust 'Team' award
  • Basic first aid award

You will also get the opportunity to challenge your own beliefs, values and fears though activities and tasks over the 12-week programme.

Further Information on the new qualification

The new City & Guilds 7570 Certificate in Personal Development and Contributing to the Community is on the new Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) and has been approved for all post-16 learners. It has 5 units to complete and these are:

  • Planning for Progression (301)
  • Community Project (310)
  • Work-based Experience (409)
  • Career Planning and Making Applications (403)
  • Supporting Others (407)

Personal Development and Contributing to the Community achievements can be:

  • Entry Level Award (Entry 3) (9 credits)
  • Level 1 Award (9 credits)
  • Entry Level Certificate (Entry 3) (15 credits)
  • Level 1 Certificate (15 credits)
The Team programme will also support the Personal and Social Development (PSD) learning requirement within Foundation Learning (FL) Progression Pathways.
