Weeks 7 & 8: Individual Placements
Team members have an opportunity to further develop their skills away from the team with vocational or voluntary work placements, Planning includes preparing for the Team Challenge and, sending out invitations for the Presentation.

Objectives:
- to apply the skills being acquired on the Team and understand how those skills relate to the world of work
- to develop awareness of caring for and tolerance of others
- to develop workplace skills such as time-keeping and attendance skills
- to increase understanding of what sort of work might suit them
- to gain current experience to add to CVs
- to gain an understanding of the ‘work ethic’ and prepare for employment
Example Activities:
- accept responsibility within the work environment
- spend up to one day each week on Team planning and review
