In this section:
Week 12: Final Team Presentation
The Team prepare and celebrate their personal and collective achievements with a 'Final Team Presentation' to family, friends, benefactors and honoured guests; they receive certificates, Individual Learning Records (ILRs) are completed and then submitted for qualifications.
Objectives:
- to review Team experiences
- to review and re-assess basic skills needs and Action Plans
- to provide a celebration for the Team members of what they have achieved
- to provide an opportunity for each Team member to demonstrate their confidence and presentation skills.
- to demonstrate value of learners experience(s)
- to focus on what the Team members have learned
- to say a public “thank you and well done” to those who deserve this
- to provide PR and marketing for the Team programme
Example Activities:
- review and evaluate the whole experience and prepare plans for the future
plan, prepare and deliver a presentation to an invited audience of employers, PT staff, families and other guests - complete Individual Learning Records
- finalise on-going Action Plans
