Carla Jinks
Carla Jinks is the course leader on the BTEC Level 1 Vocational course and has lead this for the past two years, she also helps manage the BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Travel and Tourism course.
Before teaching at Tresham, Carla graduated from Birmingham University in 2008 with a first class degree in hospitality and business management. She then began teaching at Northampton College where she worked temporarily covering lessons and helping with classes.
Carla worked at Althorp House and Stately Home for three years in various roles including working in the award-winning Princess Diana exhibition, as a hospitality supervisor, tour guiding in the house and grounds of the estate, and working at various concerts and events. She has also worked in Gleneagles Hotel which is a "leading hotel of the world" in Scotland where Carla worked as a restaurant supervisor, front of house, and in room service.
