Performing Arts learners at Tresham gained an insight into life as a full time actor after they were visited by professional actress, Laura Tryer, who is currently touring the UK with the musical Chicago.
In addition to her current role in Chicago Laura has been in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at Manchester Opera House, Thoroughly Modern Millie UK Tour and Disney's Beauty and the Beast International tour.
Laura trained at the London Studio Centre and was able to offer advice to Tresham's students about audition technique, what life is like as a professional actor, how to look after their bodies whilst performing as well as voice and choreography tips.
