At our campus in Corby, the Define restaurant, bar and diner, together with the working kitchens provide a practical and realistic setting for our NVQ programmes.  We also offer the BIIAB National Certificate for Door Supervisors and for Personal Licence Holders which are run from our Kettering and Corby campuses respectively.
