Looking for a fresh start?Our Step Up to Further Education programme is designed for those who wish to improve skills in a supportive and pressure-free environment.
If you are looking to enter further education, this brand new flexible foundation programme is an excellent place to start. It is an excellent route into other colleges courses if you do not have the necessary entry requirements. The course is held at Kettering, Corby and Wellingborough and will start in January and April. You will need to attend college 3 days a week for a period of 12 weeks. You will have the opportunity to gain a variety of qualifications participate in tasters in a number of different work-related courses and gain tutorial support for progression opportunities. As a learner on this course you may be eligible to earn up to £30 per week with an Education Maintenance Allowance (EMA). This is available for learners aged 16-18 in full time education.
