Hairdressing, Beauty and Holistic Therapies

The courses offered by this faculty are designed to improve your practical skills in your chosen field, as well as to nurture your creativity and communication skills.

Tresham offers a wide range of courses in Hairdressing, Beauty and Holistic Therapies  through full time and part time study.  If you wish to gain employment in hairdressing, beauty or massage therapy, then Tresham will offer the course for you.  Our fully-equipped salons at Kettering and Corby provide an excellent environment in which to improve your skills.    

Full Time Courses

Tresham offers a range of NVQs at Levels 1, 2 and 3 in Beauty Therapy and Hairdressing and at Level 3 in Massage Therapies.  A Level 3 Diploma is also available in Holistic Therapies.

Part Time Courses

As well as NVQs in Beauty Therapy and Hairdressing, you may also study Nail Services NVQ 2 and Barbering Certificates through part time study. 

Apprenticeship in Hairdressing

An apprenticeship is available if you would like to remain in full time employment within the industry and gain a recognised qualification.  You will work towards the NVQ 2 in Hairdressing and will be required to attend college at least once a week.
