How to Enrol
Step 1: Choose a course
Take a look through the Adult Learners’ Guide 2012-2013 and select
the course you would like to study. Course
information can be found on this website or telephone 0845 658 8990. If you need help choosing the best course for
you, our Advice and Guidance team will be happy to help, or come along to one
of our Information and Enrolment events in June.
Step 2: Application
You will need to apply for courses that require an interview. This can be done online by visiting the relevant page for the course you wish to study and selecting 'apply now' or call 0845 658
8990.
Step 3: Interview
Once you have applied we will arrange an interview with the
course tutor. This may be carried out
over the phone or you may be invited in to college.
Step 4: Enrolment
If your chosen course does not require an interview or you
have already applied and been accepted to secure your place you must pay for
your course. Before you enrol, please
read the fees information on pages 4 and 5 of the Adult Learners’ Guide
2012-2013 to see if you are entitled to a concession. How you enrol will depend on your method of
payment and whether you are claiming concession. See opposite for details.
Enrolling by phone
You can enrol
by phone if you wish to pay by debit or credit card and are not claiming any
concessions. Call the Contact Centre on 0845 658 89 90 and one of our
advisers will guide you through the enrolment process. The Contact Centre is open throughout the
summer, 8.30am–5pm Monday–Thursday and 8.30am–4.30pm on Fridays.
Enrolling in person
You can enrol in person at
our campuses in Corby, Kettering
and Wellingborough. Our campuses are
open throughout the summer to take enrolments 8.30am–5pm Monday to Thursday and
8.30am–4.30pm on Fridays. Remember you
will need to bring with you a method of payment (please note we are unable to
accept cheques), your proof of benefit for concessions or a letter of
authorisation from your employer if they are sponsoring you.
