How to Apply for Full Time Courses
All full time courses require learners to have a successful interview. Places available are subject to demand so early applications are advised.
1. Application Form
To apply for any of the full time courses in this prospectus, your first step is to complete an application form.
To apply online, either search for a course using the search box at the top of every page or choose a course from the course list and click on "Apply for Course". Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation email.
2. Acknowledgement
Once we have received your application we will send an information pack to you giving details about Tresham.3. Information Session
You will then be invited to join tutors for an information session to discuss your application. Your parents are most welcome to come along with you. During the session you will have the chance to see whether your chosen course is appropriate for you and discuss your option with the tutor. If it is, you will receive an acknowledgement letter with a form for you to return offering you a place on the course. This may be subject to you obtaining particular grades at GCSE. If the course is considered not suitable, our Learner Advisers will be able to advise you of more appropriate courses.
4. Induction Week & Enrolment
The induction week takes place in the last week of August and early September and is designed to introduce you to your tutor, the college and the facilities helping you to settle in as quickly as possible and make the most of your time at Tresham.
