- A BTEC Foundation Diploma in Art and Design with a satisfactory reference OR
- A minimum of 1 A Level with GCSE at C English and Maths or equivalent OR
- A BTEC National Diploma with a satisfactory reference and equivalent English and Maths OR
- A relevant equivalent Level 3 qualification with equivalent English and Maths OR
- Appropriate industry experience.

Content
This course is run in association with the University of Northampton. You will be taught by practising artists and be encouraged to develop your creative thinking. The course combines studio practice, workshops and lectures and will provide you with an informed and critical understanding of your own work and its relationship to contemporary practice. Assignments are predominantly self directed and accurately reflect the nature of working independently as a fine artist.

Progression
Independent creative practice and art related employment or, alternatively, you may continue to full BA (Hons) study at the University of Northampton in Fine Art Painting.
