  • A Levels
    Tresham offers an extensive range of A Levels through full time study at our Kettering Campus.
  • Access to Higher Education
    The Access to Higher Education course is an alternative to A Levels for learners who have been out of education for at least one year and would like to attend university.
  • Accounting and Finance
    Tresham offers the Accounting Technicians NVQ - which allows you to study Financial and Management Accounting - as part time and full time courses at all levels at our Kettering Campus. A short course in Sage Line 50 software is also available.
  • Art and Design
    A range of courses are offered at our Kettering Campus. BTECs in Art and Design, Fine Art, Graphic Design, Media, Performing Arts, Photography and Textiles are all available through full time study.
  • Beauty and Holistic Therapies
    Full time courses are offered in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapies and Holistic Therapies at our campuses in Corby and Kettering. Our fully-equipped professional salons supply the perfect learning environment. Part time courses are also available.
  • Business and Management
    BTEC Business courses can be studied at our Kettering campus. Administration courses can be studied full time at our Kettering campus. A range of short courses in Business and Management are offered by Tresham Business Solutions.
  • Child Care
    Child Care courses are available at Levels 1, 2 and 3 at our Kettering campus. A part time course in Paediatric First Aid is also available.
  • Computing and IT
    At Tresham we offer an extensive range of computing courses to suit all abilities, right up to the Higher National Diploma at Level 4.
  • Construction
    The School of Construction offers full time courses in Bricklaying, Carpentry, Painting and Decorating, Plumbing, Heating and Ventilation and Electrical Installation. A range of part time, short courses and apprenticeships are also available.
  • Counselling
    Courses in Counselling start in September and January at our Kettering campus.
  • Engineering
    BTECs are available in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering as part of full time study. The College offers a range of part time and short courses in Engineering, with certificates in Arc Welding and AutoCad being available as well as apprenticeships.
  • English for Speakers of Other Languages
    This course is for you if English is your second language and you would like to improve your listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. The course is aimed at people of all levels of ability and is available at all of our Northamptonshire campuses.
  • Foundation Programmes
    The Step up To Further Education is designed to prepare you for college study if you don’t have the required GCSEs to enter further education. This course is available at all of our Northamptonshire campuses.
  • GCSEs
    GCSE English and GCSE Maths can be taken part time across our campuses in Northamptonshire.
  • Hairdressing
    NVQs in Hairdressing are available at our Corby and Kettering Campuses through full time and part time study. Our Define Salons provide a professional learning environment in which to develop your skills.
  • Health and Safety
    Health and Safety issues and legislation are highly important to employers and so undertaking a short course will improve your job prospects. Courses can be taken in Electrical Safety, Asbestos Management, Fire Awareness and First Aid.
  • Health and Social Care
    Tresham offers BTECs in Health and Social Care at Levels 2 and 3 as part of full time and part time study at our Kettering campus, as well as an apprenticeship. Counselling Skills Certificate and Diploma can be studied part time.
  • Hospitality and Catering
    Our excellent and Hospitality and Catering facilities include the Define Restaurant and Bistro and our specialist kitchens. NVQs can be taken in Food Preparation and Service and Hospitality Supervision.
  • Media and Photography
    BTECs are available in Media at Level 2 and 3 as part of full time study at our Kettering campus. Courses in Photography can be taken part time at our Kettering campus, where one evening’s attendance per week is required.
  • Motor Vehicle
    NVQs and BTECs are available including Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. Courses are available as through part time and full time study, as well as through apprenticeships in motor vehicle.
  • Motorsport
    Based at the Silverstone Circuit, Northamptonshire, The National College for Motorsport offers a full time course in Motorsport, in which you will work towards a BTEC, as well as apprenticeships.
  • Performing Arts
    Performing Arts BTECs can be studied full time at our Kettering campus. You will study areas such as Understanding Drama, Performing Dance and Performing Scripted Plays.
  • Public Services
    Undertaking a full time BTEC in Public Services is an excellent way to prepare yourself for employment in the Armed Forces and Emergency Services or for degree level study in a relevant field.
  • Sign Language
    Part time courses in sign language are offered at our campuses across our Northamptonshire campuses at Level 1. You can take the British Sign Language Level 2 at Kettering.
  • Skills for Life
    You can improve your reading and writing, numeracy and computer skills through taking Skills for Life classes.
  • Sport
    Sport courses are run from our campuses in Kettering, Corby and the Rutland College. Completion of these courses will prepare you for employment in sport or for higher level study.
  • Supported Learning Programmes
    These courses are designed for learners with mild to severe learning difficulties. Individual programmes are developed to suit your needs and you will be able to study at your own pace.
  • Teaching and Assessing
    Teaching and Assessing courses can be taken through part time study at our Kettering campus, and at our Business Skills Centre in Corby. Courses offered include the PGCE in Post Compulsory Education.
  • Textiles
    You can gain recognised qualifications in Machine Embroidery and Patchwork and Quilting.
  • Travel and Tourism
    Travel and Tourism BTECs are run from our Kettering campus. Completing a BTEC in Travel and Tourism will prepare you for employment in the sector. The BTEC National Diploma can also lead to study at degree level.
