Jonathan Robertson, 18 - BTEC National Diploma in Graphic Design
Jonathan has been studying the BTEC National Diploma in Graphic Design after completing his GCSEs Lodge Park School in Corby.
"I didn't enjoy studying at school and they didn't offer the course I wanted to study there so I applied to Tresham. I enjoyed Art at school as well as designing things and I had decided that I didn't really want to study Art on its own.
The people on the course are really nice and I have had the chance to start afresh making new friends. The tutors are always there to help especially when you begin the course and get used to the change in the way you learn. You are trusted a lot more here and it teaches you self discipline so you can work independently.
I'd recommend this course as you can come and learn a traditional qualification for the future. It will set you on the path for the future and I have definitely found what I want from it."
Jonathan is now planning to go to Lincoln University to study Interactive Design.
