Testimonials

Tresham works hard to ensure the service it provides is what our customers need. Don’t just take our word for it though; here’s what our customers think:

“I have been dealing with Tresham Business Solutions for the past 18 months, and I have consistently received the most professional and personalised service. One important aspect is having a dedicated account manager on hand to see to our every training need – our account manager has exceeded in meeting my expectations in that area. I look forward to forging even stronger links with Tresham.”
Jacinta Kenny, Training Coordinator, Joules Ltd

“Tresham has provided invaluable support to the staff at Wicksteed Park through excellent part-time training courses, day-release professional training courses, one-off training sessions, funding for NVQs, email, telephone and personal contact.  Tresham also has provided bespoke training for our staff which has been carried out on our site - this is fantastic.  I will continue to use Tresham for Wicksteed Park's training needs.”Jenny Pentelow, Personnel Coordinator, Wicksteed Park Ltd

“We are very satisfied with the Business Improvement Techniques NVQ programme delivered by Tresham. In addition to the training and skills benefit to our employees, the teams have identified over £40k in potential savings this year – this is a real, tangible impact on our business through developing our employees.”Len Palmer, Operations Director, Jaybeam Wireless Ltd

“Tresham have delivered Literacy Levels 1 and 2 to our staff, which everyone passed, and they are now working towards Numeracy Level 2 after passing Level 1. These classes have been held on site to benefit the staff and have given them confidence in learning new skills. We have also had a Health & Social Care course held onsite in which was a great success. Three staff members attended a course in Food Safety at TBS in Corby Gate Business Park; we have two employees doing their NVQ in Business Administration and others doing IT Flexi courses at Tresham in Wellingborough.Tresham have been really helpful and flexible, which is what we needed so that business can carry on as usual. Learning and developing skills will certainly help our staff to go on and get new roles once the Boots Distribution Centre closes.”Michelle Sharp, Implementation Coordinator, Boots plc, Wellingborough Distribution Centre

“We welcome the partnership working with Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service and Tresham. Union members have now got the bug to learn and many have approached our Union Learning Reps for advice about further learning. This was a really positive move for Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service to get involved with the national Skills for Life agenda. We are looking forward to training with the rest of the organisation.”Andy Brickles, East Midlands Regional ULR Coordinator

"Most of our employees hadn't been in education, apart form Health and Safety and job specific training, since they left school and so they were nervous, apprehensive, and in some cases hostile to the suggestion that they could benefit from undertaking this course. Typical comments included "I've done my job for years - what else do I need to learn?  However our employees have caught the learning bug! One Team Leader is now studying for the Certificate in Management Studies and another employee who has already completed it, is working towards the Diploma and plans to study for a Masters degree.  Training and developing our staff is proving to be of immense benefit to the Company and has led to a more committed, conscientious work force - surely the "Holy Grail" of most employers."Mary March, Personnel and Administration Manager, Carpenter Cartech
