In April 2010 BAM Construction have continued to develop site in Oakley Road, Corby and have begun to lay the foundations for the new building as these aerial shots show.

Once the foundations were laid, retaining walls were built
Demolition of the former Corby Community College buildings began in November 2009 and BAM Construction are on schedule for the building project to be ready for students in September 2011.
